This well maintained and cozy apartment is located in the heart of Playa del Ingles, just a few minutes walk from the beach and various shopping malls. It is located on the ground floor and has barrier-free access.
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room for another guest. The dining area offers enough space, even for 5 people. The kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, blender and toaster.
The apartment has a terrace with seating also for five people. From the terrace you have direct access to the pool area and the communal garden. One of the swimming pools is heated. Ideal for families with children.
A large TV with HDMI connection is available.

Only long term rental (at least 6 months).
The house will be available from 1 October 2019 until the end of May 2020.

The monthly rent is 1.000 €, including the water and electricity bill up to 80 € per month (together). The owners pay the community fees and property tax.
Conditions: To book the apartment, you must sign a reservation contract with the owners and pay a deposit of 1 month and a commission of € 1,000 to the real estate office, for a total of € 2,000.
As soon as you move into the house, you pay the monthly rent in advance.
The deposit will be returned at the end of the lease, if nothing is objectionable.
